Alumni Preparation Strategy

1. Do Not Skip Indo-Islamic Culture: 90% of non-alumni candidates score less than 3/10 in Indo-Islamic Culture, whereas toppers consistently score 8–10 marks. A 6-mark swing here converts a waiting Chance-Memo into a confirmed General Select List seat.

2. Master NCERT Exemplar Numericals: Physics and Mathematics questions in AMU are rigorously quantitative and frequently adapt direct numerical questions from the NCERT Exemplar manual.

3. Track Negative Marking: Every 4 incorrect answers wipe out a full correct question (+1, -0.25). Maintain an accuracy threshold above 82% during timed practice sessions.
