AMUEEE questions are generally on par with moderate-level JEE Main questions. While JEE Main emphasizes multi-concept problems, AMUEEE tests speed, direct formula applications, and conceptual accuracy across 150 questions in 180 minutes.
For external candidates, a score of 85 to 94 out of 150 (closing rank ~85) is typically safe for Computer Engineering. For internal candidates, the safe score range is 62 to 70 marks (closing rank ~250).
No. AMU conducts its own independent entrance test (AMUEEE) for all B.Tech branches. JEE Main score is not accepted for AMU B.Tech admissions.
AMU B.Arch candidates appear in two papers: Paper 1 (AMUEEE - 150 marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, 3 Hours) and Paper 2 (Architecture Aptitude & Freehand Drawing Test - 100 marks, 2 Hours). Merit is prepared from both papers.
